Blackmores B + C is a dietary supplement containing B-group vitamins, vitamin C and folic acid. These vitamins provide support for when dietary intake of these vitamins may be inadequate to an unbalanced diet or insufficient nutrition.

Features
- The B group of vitamins and vitamin C are water soluble. Most water soluble vitamins are not stored in large amounts by the body. This makes their regular consumption beneficial.
- Studies indicate that vitamin C intake benefits the body in numerous ways, including providing an antioxidant role.
- B group vitamins are necessary for normal function and maintenance of the body health.

Dosage
Adults - Take 1 tablet a day with a meal.
