Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil + Fish Oil is a rich natural source of the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from evening primrose oil, and the omega-3s EPA and DHA from fish oil - in one convenient capsule for general health and wellbeing.

Features
Evening primrose oil (EPO) is a source of the omega-6 fatty acids gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid (LA). Fish oil is a source of the omega-3 essential fatty acids, EPA and DHA.

Dosage
Adults - Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with meals.
